In this role, you will oversee the operations of multiple locations within a designated region, ensuring that all branches meet operational standards, achieve financial targets, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Operational Management: Oversee daily operations of multiple Kenny U-Pull locations within the district, ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and standards.
  2. Financial Performance: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement action plans to achieve targets, including analyzing financial reports, identifying trends, and implementing strategies to increase profitability and reduce costs.
  3. Customer Service: Ensure all locations deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction levels, addressing and resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
  4. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute district business plans and strategies, identifying market opportunities and implementing initiatives to drive growth and expand market share.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience as a Regional Manager or similar senior management role, preferably in the retail or automotive industry.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Financial Acumen: Excellent financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Travel Requirements: Ability to travel within the district as required (70% of time on the road).
