**Job Summary**

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating project tasks, resources, and documentation.
  • Assisting the Project Manager in developing project plans, risk assessments, and contingency plans.
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure effective project execution.

**Requirements:**

  • At least 3 years of experience in IT project coordination or management.
  • A recognized degree or certificate in Business Administration, Computer Science, or MIS.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and ability to learn new applications quickly.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience working with diverse teams.

**Desirable Qualifications:**

  • Experience working in SaaS implementation projects.
  • Previous experience working in public or non-profit agencies.
