**Job Description**

  • The Marine Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the proper implementation of inspections and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction under the supervision of the Department Manager.
  • This position requires coordinating daily and weekly tasks, reviewing and preparing documents related to requests received, planning inspections, assignments, reviewing reports, and other related tasks such as writing emails, having telephone conversations, and shipping packages.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • A good knowledge of API, ASTM, SIRAS, and other relevant standards is essential for this role.
  • The ideal candidate should have experience in the petroleum products industry and/or supervision of a work group in an industrial setting, with a strong understanding of transformation processes and transfers involving petroleum products.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including grammar and composition in English and French, are required for effective collaboration with clients and colleagues.
