About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Swift Accounting Ltd. as an Administrative Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning: Coordinate and arrange seminars, conferences, and other events to support the company's goals and objectives.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including opening and distributing mail, managing office supplies, and maintaining inventory.
  • Operations Management: Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling appointments, compiling data, and setting up and maintaining filing systems.
  • Staff Development: Train and develop staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Policies and Procedures: Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
  • Office Management: Determine and establish office procedures and routines, including overseeing payroll administration and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Communication: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
Requirements
  • Supervision: 1 to 2 people
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work independently, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Personal Suitability: Ability to multitask, organized, team player, reliability, time management, and accountability.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Work Schedule: 35 to 40 hours per week
