Baptist Housing, a leading provider of supportive communities for seniors, is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As a valued member of our community, you will play a vital role in providing person-centered care and contributing to the well-being of our residents.
Job SummaryWe are offering a part-time position with flexible short-shift opportunities, allowing you to balance your work and life effectively. This role involves providing medication support as an LPN, working 4-hour shifts during the day, and enjoying a unique schedule of 3 days on and 3 days off. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a commitment to exceeding the needs of our residents.
About the RoleThis position offers a competitive hourly rate ranging from $31.89-$40.15. As an LPN at Baptist Housing, you will:
- Provide person-centered care and contribute to comprehensive care planning
- Collaborate closely with Registered Nurses (RNs) for complex cases and consultations
- Implement wellness programs, fostering a positive environment for both teams and residents
- Maintain meticulous resident charting and information using advanced systems like Point-Click Care and EMAR

RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you must have:
- A Licensed Practical Nurse Diploma from a recognized, post-secondary institution
- Member in good standing or eligible for membership with British Columbia College of Nurses & Midwives (BCCNM)
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Food Safe Certificate
