Security Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Services Supervisor to join our team at VP Protection Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and employees.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and security of our clients and employees.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.
- Provide training and guidance to security personnel on security procedures and protocols.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and secure work environment.
- 3-4 years of experience in a supervisory role within a security organization.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and leading a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
