Position Summary:

The Reign Team Captain is responsible for leading the Reign Energy sampling and activation initiative in their region. This part-time position reports directly to the MAT Leader and assists with supervision and management of the Reign Energy sub-team within the regional MAT team.

  • Collaborate with the MAT Leader to develop and implement Reign Energy sampling and activation strategies.
  • Generate trial of Reign Energy products by consumers through guerrilla sampling and other initiatives.
  • Communicate the Reign Energy brand message to consumers, partners, peers, and customers.
  • Assist with lead generation for the Sales Division.
  • Develop and strengthen key account relationships.
  • Build a network of centers of influence.
  • Support sales efforts through event sampling and activation.

Essential Job Functions:

The Reign Team Captain will have several roles and responsibilities, including:

  • Reporting to the MAT Team Leader.
  • Supervising the Reign Energy portion of the MAT team.
  • Assisting the MAT Leader with administration, scheduling, hiring, and other Reign-related work tasks.
  • Actively generating trial of Reign Energy through guerrilla sampling.
  • Sourcing Reign Energy events and other opportunities.
  • Distributing point-of-sale materials to consumers to reinforce brand loyalty.
  • Caring for program materials and assets of Monster Energy Company.
  • Arriving on time and adhering to shift schedules.
  • Maintaining the brand appearance and wearing proper uniform.
  • Ensuring professionalism, exceptional communication, and proactive interactions with consumers.
  • Responding in a timely manner to the MAT Team Leader.
  • Inventorying, cleaning, and organizing warehouses and storage areas.
  • Assisting with marketing event planning, setup, activation, and teardown.

Position Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • May be required to travel when necessary.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds when required.
  • Must have a clean driving record (driver's abstract required).
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Must have availability to accept one shift per week.
  • This position is part-time, up to 30 hours a week.

Base Pay: CAD 22.00 per hour.
