Director of Fraud Prevention

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Fraud Management to join our team at Haventree Bank. As a key member of our risk management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective fraud prevention strategies to protect our customers and the bank's assets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive fraud strategies to mitigate risk and prevent financial losses
- Lead a team of fraud strategy managers and analysts to identify and investigate suspicious transactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective risk management controls
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging threats to ensure our fraud prevention strategies remain effective
- Provide expert advice and guidance to senior leaders on fraud-related matters
- 8+ years of experience in fraud management or a related field, with a strong background in risk assessment and mitigation
- Proven track record of developing and implementing effective fraud prevention strategies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong knowledge of risk management principles and practices, with a focus on fraud prevention and detection
