Competitive Total Compensation

About the Role

We are seeking a Parts Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing courteous and professional service to internal and external customers, welcoming and advising clients according to their needs, offering and selling products and equipment that meet customer needs, invoicing, ordering, making transfer requests, and checking inventory, conducting research and computer and telephone follow-ups, maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workplace (counter, warehouse, and showroom), and working on a Saturday morning periodically in rotation with other team members.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have a DEP in parts consulting and sales or a related field, basic mechanical knowledge, knowledge of agriculture, machinery, tractors, and related products is an asset, strong customer service and sales skills, and good ability on computers. As an ideal candidate, you are cooperative, enthusiastic, and helpful, curious, organized, and efficient, available to do a Saturday morning and an on-call shift for our emergency service (in rotation).
