Sales and Marketing Specialist


Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role involves developing and executing effective sales strategies, driving marketing campaigns, and fostering relationships with clients to achieve business growth. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a passion for achieving and exceeding goals.


Key Responsibilities:


Sales:
  1. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  3. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.
  4. Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  5. Track sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.


Marketing:
  1. Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote products and services.
  2. Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
  3. Collaborate with the design team to create marketing materials, including brochures, social media posts, and email campaigns.
  4. Manage digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.
  5. Organize and participate in events, trade shows, and exhibitions to enhance brand visibility.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and/or marketing roles.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and sales strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and digital marketing platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
