We are seeking a Manager to join our team and lead the preparation of working paper files, financial statements, corporate and personal tax returns. The ideal candidate will possess a Canada recognized Professional Designation (CPA, CA, CMA or CGA) and 4-5 years of experience with Review engagements, Compilation engagements, corporate and personal tax.


Your Key Responsibilities



  • Supervise and complete working paper files, financial statements, corporate and personal tax returns as needed.
  • Provide technical and project management leadership skills to team members for Accounting projects and engagements.
  • Assist in the direction and training of staff, reviewing completed files to ensure quality of work.
  • Prioritize projects, establish budgets, and assign staff to meet client deadlines.
  • Maintain a positive client relationship and identify new business opportunities with existing clients.
  • Participate in delivering formal project/team performance review and/or give effective input to reviewers on team members.

Your Education and Experience



  • Possesses a Canada recognized Professional Designation (CPA, CA, CMA or CGA).
  • 4-5 years of experience with Review engagements, Compilation engagements, corporate and personal tax.
  • Excellent skills in Accounting Software (QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, and Caseware).
