Accounting Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead our accounting department in the Mount Forest area. This individual will report to the CFO and oversee the accounting team, assisting with budgeting, financial statement preparation, and various reports and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and mentor the accounting team
  • Assist in budget preparation and forecasting
  • Prepare financial reports and analysis
  • Manage accounting operations, capital asset tracking, and inventory control
  • Main point of contact for auditors
  • Cashflow management
  • Review payroll processing and accounting entries
  • Assist the CFO with projects and process improvements

Requirements:

  • CPA designation preferred or enrolled in
  • 3+ years of full-cycle accounting experience
  • Experience with process implementation
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
