Food Division Director

Job Summary:
Accoravillage is seeking an experienced and customer-focused, full-time Fresh Foods Department Manager (Produce & Bread) for our retail store. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and managing daily operations of the Fresh Foods Department, with a focus on sales, labor, and waste targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage daily operations of the Fresh Foods Department, including sales, labor, and waste targets.
- Monitor and evaluate team members' performance, including executing performance management conversations.
- Assist in rolling out new policies and ensure team members are compliant.
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge.
- Assist with inventory management.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless store operations.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of management experience in a retail environment.
- Experience in maintaining operational excellence in retail stores, including payroll, shrink, and inventory management.
- Solid understanding of sales forecasts for establishing key targets for the department.
- Ability to work primarily daytime shifts, with evening/weekend availability.
