Job Description

This role involves leading diverse project teams, managing client relationships, and delivering innovative solutions for stormwater and water resources planning and design projects.

  • Lead project delivery for stormwater models and management plans, low-impact development designs, flood assessment and management plans, and other projects.
  • Pursue opportunities for business growth and collaborate with clients on suiting project delivery to their specific objectives and situations.
  • Mentor and provide technical guidance to intermediate and junior team members.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.
  • 12+ years of experience in stormwater/water resources planning and design work.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience with project and client management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to work with multiple levels of team members in a multi-disciplinary environment.

Estimated Salary Range

$135,000 - $180,000 per year, based on years of experience.
