We are seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer Lead - Water Resources Management to join our team in Western Canada. This role will be responsible for leading and managing water resources management projects, including feasibility studies, detailed designs, and construction oversight.

About the Role
  • Lead and manage a team of engineers and technicians on water resources management projects.
  • Provide technical expertise in hydrology, hydraulic structures, erosion protection, closure landform design, and detailed design of water control and conveyance facilities.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality results.

Requirements
  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Civil/Water Resources Engineering.
  • 15+ years of experience in consulting and the mining industry, with a strong background in water resources management.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to manage teams.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and mentoring skills.
  • Registration as a Professional Engineer in your province(s) of practice.
