About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Water Resources Management Specialist to join our team in Canada. This is an exceptional opportunity to leverage your expertise in water resource management, impact assessment, and permitting to drive business growth and expansion.

As a leader in our organization, you will be responsible for technical execution of existing project work related to environmental assessment and permitting for large-scale capital projects. You will also serve as a senior technical reviewer to ensure deliverables meet client expectations.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will play a key role in building our business and winning new projects. Your ability to develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients will be critical to our success.

What We Offer

Your Background

To be successful in this role, you will require 10+ years of consulting experience in water resource management, impact assessment, and permitting. A MSc/PhD in earth science, environmental engineering, or a related field is essential, along with registration as a professional in a Canadian jurisdiction.

You will need to possess well-developed team building and influencing skills, unquestionable integrity, and the experience, confidence, and stature to effectively address client and business needs and challenges.
