Responsibilities

As a Total Rewards Specialist at PCL Constructors Inc., you will be responsible for conducting research, analysis, and program design, communication that includes the management of vendor relations in multiple areas of Total Rewards, including retirement savings, benefits, expatriate benefits, disability, and employee assistance programs.

You will provide education, analysis, and other support related to Total Rewards as needed and produce monthly/quarterly/annual reports for a variety of stakeholders.

Additionally, you will be responsible for the administration of Total Rewards documentation (guides, FAQs, forms, etc.), ensuring it is relevant, current, and easily accessible.

You will coordinate day-to-day operational requirements for the benefits programs, liaising between district HR representatives, benefits carriers, and third-party administrators. You will provide support to employees with enrollment process, queries, and claims submission.

You will also support the disability management process. You will act as a point of contact between employee, manager, HR representative, and carrier, ensuring that the privacy of employee's medical information is upheld.

Furthermore, you will be responsible for the administration of the Employee and Family Assistance program, including employee communications and education, monitors trends, and tracks vendor reporting and data and employee referrals when necessary.

You will also be responsible for the administration of the group retirement savings plans and act as a main contact for employees and HR.

You will collaborate with other corporate departments and the HR Leadership team to ensure alignment with priorities and initiatives.

You will develop and maintain strong, customer-focused relationships with all stakeholders.

You will provide support to various tasks as needed within the Total Rewards department.
