ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking highly motivated and skilled bilingual support representatives to join our team at Mass Markets. As a bilingual support representative, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, where no two days are the same. You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats, providing timely and effective solutions to customers' inquiries and issues. Your strong communication skills, both written and verbal, will enable you to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues alike.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and chat support
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Meet or exceed performance targets and quality standards
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred
  • 1+ year experience in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other technical tools
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
