Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Site Supervisor to lead our landscape construction team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of construction workers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Develop and implement construction plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise construction staff.
  • Manage and maintain equipment and tools.
  • Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in landscape construction.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Steel-toed safety boots, hard hat, and safety glasses/goggles.
  • Excellent oral communication, organized, reliability, and team player skills.
Work Environment

Work will be performed outdoors, with exposure to noise, dust, and varying weather conditions.
