Job Description for Construction Site Supervisor at Bluescape Contracting

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at Bluescape Contracting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Lead and manage a team of construction workers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure projects are completed to specification and on schedule.
  • Manage and maintain a budget for materials, labor, and equipment, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with local authorities and stakeholders to obtain necessary permits and approvals.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in construction supervision or project management.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
