We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Jacal Inv. Inc. Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Quality Control and Assurance
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of quality and freshness.
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, conducting regular quality checks and implementing improvements as needed.
  • Customer Service and Relations
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring that they feel valued and appreciated.
  • Administrative and Reporting
    • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing regular reports to management.
    • Prepare and submit reports on a regular basis, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service establishment.
  • Work Environment and Conditions
    • Fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
    • Standing for extended periods and physically demanding work.
  • Personal Suitability
    • Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, and a team player attitude.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek. The language of work is English.
