Job Description

The Freelance Brand Expert role drives business in-store through exceptional makeup artistry and customer service. You will reflect the brand values and customer base, achieving sales targets through the creation of an amazing experience and exemplary service.

Main Duties:
  • Sales
    • Strive to achieve event sales goals and sales per hour target.
    • Create brand awareness through sharing and demonstrating product knowledge.
    • Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit within company guidelines.
  • Customer Service
    • Lead by example to promote the Tilbury Touch and exceptional customer service.
  • Team Work
    • Demonstrate a positive and cooperative approach towards work and colleagues.
    • Assist in maintaining an atmosphere of open communication, professionalism, and creativity.
  • Operations
    • Ensure the counter/gondola is 'customer ready' from open to close of business.
    • Maintain excellent counter hygiene standards, including cleaning display units and tools.
    • Assist with inventory management, stock counts, rotation, and timely replenishment.
    • Contribute to visual merchandising, new launch displays, and collateral placement.
    • Participate in executing events and maintain consistent communication with the Brand field team.
    • Maintain high standards for managing schedule, clocking in/out, and submitting time sheets on payroll applications.
Estimated Salary Range

£45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
