**ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES**

  • Create a welcoming atmosphere by genuinely greeting all guests with a friendly smile, assisting them in finding or obtaining merchandise that meets their needs and desires.
  • Serve as a knowledgeable guide, learning, referencing, and sharing current product knowledge with guests to enhance their shopping experience (e.g., fit, fashion wardrobing advice, and suggesting add-ons).
  • Promote brand direction and inform guests of current marketing programs and upcoming events, building strong relationships and driving sales growth.
  • Participate actively in all store-related meetings, working collaboratively towards exceeding sales and service performance goals set by store management.

**REQUIREMENTS**

  • Minimum 2+ years of Guest and Sales experience.
  • A 'get things done' mindset, ensuring efficient operations and timely completion of tasks.
  • Natural collaboration skills, identifying opportunities and taking initiative to drive results.
  • High School diploma or equivalent education.
  • Willingness to perform other duties as required to support business objectives.
