- Store Operations
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including managing inventory, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Authorize payments, order merchandise, and manage cash and inventory levels.
- Customer Service
- Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Performance Management
- Conduct regular performance reviews with sales staff, providing feedback and coaching to help them improve their performance.

- Education
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail management role, or equivalent experience.
