Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Lawson Jackpot Convenience Store. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure efficient store operations
- Authorize payments by cheque and manage cash handling
- Order merchandise and maintain inventory levels
- Establish work schedules and supervise store staff
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages
- Organize and maintain store displays and visual merchandising
- Manage store appearance and maintain a clean and safe environment
- 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
