Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Director of Quality and Safety Innovation to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve clinical quality and patient safety across our organization.

Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this position is CAD $110,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives that enhance patient safety and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address areas for improvement.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide education and training to staff on quality improvement principles and best practices.
  • Monitor and analyze data to inform quality improvement decisions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders to promote quality improvement.

Requirements

  • Masters degree in a related health profession (e.g. nursing, medicine, public health).
  • 10 years of experience in clinical quality and patient safety, with progressive leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated expertise in quality improvement methodologies and tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
