Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Technical Sales Specialist to join our team at Brook Crompton. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for estimating costs of installing equipment, preparing sales and orders, and promoting sales to existing clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimate costs of installing equipment and prepare sales and orders
  • Promote sales to existing clients and conduct sales transactions
  • Use sales forecasting software and conduct sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce
  • Provide input into product design and reach out to clients after sale or signed contracts to provide ongoing support
  • Resolve product and service-related problems and troubleshoot issues related to equipment
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and 5 years or more of experience in the field
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work under pressure and attention to detail
  • Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, and team player
