About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Contract Compliance Specialist to join our team at Randstad.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless bid and proposal activities, focusing on facilitating authorizations and compiling business volumes for responses to proposals.
  • Conduct thorough research and liaise with key stakeholders to review terms and conditions, proposing modifications that effectively mitigate company risk.
  • Lead in tracking and supporting pre-award activities to guarantee valid proposals are submitted to customers.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and internal teams to drive successful contract execution.
What You'll Need
  • A minimum of [Salary: $80,000 - $110,000] per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as contract management or business administration.
