Fitness Club Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead our fitness club team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of service and overall experience for our members.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the front desk team to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive member experience.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve financial targets and drive business growth.
- Oversee the personal training department and ensure effective communication with staff to promote company programs and promotions.
- Ensure the club meets standards for cleanliness, maintenance, safety, and security.
- Build and maintain a consistent schedule to cover all front desk shifts and assist with payroll processing.
- Control labor expense and purchasing of club supplies and cost of retail goods.
- Display an ability to keep expenses at or below budget.
- 4-year degree preferred.
- 1 year of management experience, managing 10+ team members.
- Passionate about the fitness industry, with or without industry experience.
- Current CPR certification.
- Ability to compete in an ever-changing environment and adapt to new situations.
- Coach-ability and a desire to develop leadership skills through ongoing training and feedback.
- Ability to inspire and motivate team members.
- Ability to multi-task and stay engaged.
