Fitness Club Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead our fitness club team. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality service and overall experience for our members.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive membership growth and retention.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the club, including maintenance, cleanliness, and safety.
- Manage budgets and financial performance to ensure the club meets its financial targets.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
- 4-year degree in a related field (e.g., business, hospitality, sports management).
- Minimum 1 year of management experience in the fitness industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue growth.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
