Fitness Club Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead our fitness club team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of service and overall experience for our members.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the fitness club team to achieve financial targets and exceed member expectations.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive membership growth and retention.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
- Manage club operations, including maintenance, safety, and security.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance team member skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, making adjustments as needed to achieve budget goals.
- 4-year degree in a related field (e.g., business, hospitality, or fitness management).
- Minimum 1 year of management experience in a fitness or hospitality environment.
- Proven track record of achieving financial targets and exceeding member expectations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
