Fitness Club Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead our fitness club team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of service and overall experience for our members.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the front desk team to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive member experience.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales goals and drive membership growth.
- Oversee the personal training department and ensure effective communication with personal trainers.
- Ensure the club meets standards for cleanliness, maintenance, safety, and security.
- Manage labor expenses and purchasing of club supplies and cost of retail goods.
- Develop and maintain a consistent schedule to cover all front desk shifts.
- Assist in the processing and submission of payroll and ensure accuracy.
- Communicate effectively with team members and provide regular feedback and coaching.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- 4-year degree preferred.
- 1 year of management experience required, managing 10+ team members.
- Passionate about the fitness industry, with or without industry experience.
- Current CPR certification.
