Job Summary

We are seeking a Production Team Member to join our team in Winnipeg, MB. As a Production Team Member, you will be responsible for the daily production of quality corrugated products in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure order specs and special requirements are accurately followed
  • Perform quality checks according to WestRock's production requirements
  • Work well in a team environment to meet production goals
  • Perform daily physical requirements, including stair climbing, repetitive heavy lifting, squatting, pushing, pulling, lifting, moving, and stacking cardboard through various machines
  • Work a weekly rotating shift, including midnights, afternoons, and days

Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Basic math skills
  • Physically fit
  • Able to work shifts with a weekly rotation
  • Experience working in a manufacturing/warehouse environment is an asset
  • Forklift or Clamp Truck experience is an asset
