About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Printing Machine Operator to join our production team at PRINT POINT- PRINTING AND SIGNS. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our printing machines to produce high-quality prints.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleanliness and Maintenance: Ensure all machines and equipment are clean and well-maintained to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Machine Setup and Adjustments: Set up and make adjustments to printing machines as needed to meet job specifications.
  • Programming and Operation: Input codes and key in programming data on console keyboards of computerized machines, and operate and monitor printing machines during print runs.
  • Quality Control: Review work orders to determine job specifications and ensure that prints meet quality standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to meet production deadlines and achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Work Environment: This is a physically demanding role that requires standing for extended periods, handling heavy loads, and working in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication in this role.
  • Work Schedule: 35 hours per week, with flexibility to work overtime as needed.
