Job Summary

We're seeking a District Manager to lead our operations in Manitoba, driving business success through people leadership, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of store managers, focusing on talent development and guest experience.
  • Ensure district operations meet regulatory requirements and financial targets, with a focus on efficiency and quality.
  • Align business strategies with brand objectives, marketing initiatives, and sales targets.
  • Review regional financials, KPIs, and store-level marketing efforts to inform business decisions.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of people management experience in retail or hospitality.
  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Hospitality, or Retail Management (preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience analyzing financial or sales data.
  • Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of cannabis and ability to complete the Provincial Cannabis Certification program.
