Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at Cobrafer Construction Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office services, including coordinating and planning for office services, reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, and assisting in the preparation of operating budgets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
