Job Title: Administrative Officer

Cobrafer Construction Ltd. is seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team. As an Administrative Officer, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our office staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including personnel files, inventory, and other administrative documents.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, clients, and vendors.
  • Coordination: Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events, as required.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports, as required.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience: 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a construction or related industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
