Job Title: Administrative Officer

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at Cobrafer Construction Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Administrative Officer will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and coordinating and planning for office services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including data entry, report preparation, and correspondence.
  • Office Services: Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Budgeting: Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Supervision: Supervise 11-15 people and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Computer and Technology: Utilize MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word to perform job duties.
  • Work Conditions: Work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
