Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to support our Insights and CX Design Strategy (ICXDS) Team in creating cutting-edge customer experiences for our clients. As part of our forward-thinking team, you will focus on researching and analyzing emerging trends, customer behaviors, and market shifts that could impact the future of insurance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market assessments, environmental scans, and competitive analyses to determine the landscape of various business segments.
  • Support the synthesis process, analyze data from foresight research, and translate insights into actionable recommendations and implications for our CX work streams.
  • Assist in preparing foresight reports, presentations, and visualizations to communicate future trends and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with CX researchers and strategists to integrate foresight insights into research and design, as well as provide support on ongoing CX work streams as needed.
Requirements
  • Experience in client experience, digital design, service design, and/or strategy.
  • Currently enrolled at a Canadian post-secondary institution with a focus on Foresight, Business, Psychology, Anthropology, Market Research, Social Sciences, Humanities, or related discipline.
  • Experience working in a team-based environment.
  • Experience formatting/creating PowerPoint templates, Excel sheets, and Word documents.
  • Experience with Figma and MURAL.
  • Strong interest and knowledge in trends research and foresight methodologies.
  • Analytical skills and ability to synthesize insights from various research streams.
  • Good understanding of CX methodologies and principles.
  • Excellent interpersonal and highly developed communication skills (verbal and written).
  • High flexibility and adaptability to change in an evolving and collaborative cross-functional team environment.
