About the Role

Zurich Insurance Company Ltd. is seeking an experienced International Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our global insurance provider, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service and Support
    • Manage end-to-end international program servicing, including customer service requirements, service proposition, and issue resolution.
    • Act as a point of contact for customers and brokers on assigned accounts, providing timely and effective support.
  • Service Development and Delivery
    • Develop and implement customer-specific, value-added services for existing and new customers of moderately complex accounts.
    • Collaborate with underwriting teams to document service propositions, including agreed service deliverables and standards.
  • Risk Management and Compliance
    • Evaluate loss potential due to catastrophe, severity, and frequency.
    • Rate policies and check previously rated policies for proper rating.
    • Assist in developing rates and coordinating data entry with third-party vendors.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Provide input into the development of service plans for prospects and customers.
    • Attend meetings and monitor business decisions to ensure effective implementation.
    • Communicate with underwriters, brokers, and customers to resolve issues and provide updates.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience in service delivery and commercial insurance, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Knowledge of domestic and international regulatory requirements.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
