Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to support our Insights and CX Design Strategy (ICXDS) Team in creating cutting-edge customer experiences for our clients.

This role will involve researching and analyzing emerging trends, customer behaviors, and market shifts to inform our CX strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market assessments and environmental scans to identify trends and opportunities
  • Analyze data from foresight research and translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Support the CX team in research and design thinking
  • Collaborate with CX researchers and strategists to integrate foresight insights into research and design
Requirements
  • Experience in client experience, digital design, service design, and/or strategy
  • Currently enrolled at a Canadian postsecondary institution with a focus on Foresight, Business, Psychology, Anthropology, Market Research, Social Sciences, Humanities, or related discipline
  • Experience working in a team-based environment
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize insights from various research streams
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
