At Centre Street Deli, we're seeking an exceptional Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team. As a key member of our culinary team, you'll be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods. You'll also oversee food preparation for customers with food allergies or intolerances, ensuring a safe and enjoyable dining experience. Additionally, you'll inspect kitchens and food service areas to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization. Further, you'll train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, as well as order supplies and equipment to support kitchen operations.

The ideal candidate will have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role and a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. They should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and be able to work under pressure. They should also possess excellent oral communication skills, be organized, reliable, and a team player.
