Hotel Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hotel Operations Supervisor to join our team at Blackcomb Lodge. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's day-to-day activities.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Services: Assist guests with special needs, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
- Team Management: Coordinate, assign, and review work for our front office team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Staff Development: Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
- Operations: Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging repair work as needed to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
- Supply Chain Management: Requisition materials and supplies, ensuring our hotel's inventory is well-stocked and up-to-date.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Work Setting: Hotel, motel, or resort environment.
- Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Personal Suitability: Organized, team player, and able to work in a dynamic environment.
