Job Title: IT Technician - Maintenance and Support

This is a contract position with a duration of 3 months, requiring the candidate to work 37.5 hours per week, 5 days a week, in an office setting. The company provides technology equipment.

Responsibilities:
  • IT asset management, including configuring, networking, backing up, and debugging production machines.
  • Configure, install, and debug printers.
  • Configure employee computers, including initial configuration, administrator rights, etc.
  • Provide IT support level 1 & 2, including debugging various problems, communicating with users, managing and tracking employee computer requests, and carrying out minor repairs on computers.
  • Install software on employee workstations and servers.
  • Collaborate with the programming team to solve problems and develop functionalities.
  • Participate in the implementation of 'ABC IT' requests.
  • Write processes and procedures for configuration/installation of software/machines.
  • Consult and search for information and procedures in knowledge databases.
Qualifications:
  • Possess a DEP, AEC, DEC, or equivalent diploma in the field of IT.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar position.
  • Asset: experience in a manufacturing environment.

  • Good communication skills (oral and written) in French and English.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • High ethical standards.
  • Demonstrate initiative and autonomy.
