As a key member of our medical information team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality medical information documents, conducting literature searches, and responding to medical information requests.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date medical information documents, including standard response documents, questions and answer documents, and reactive slide decks.
- Conduct thorough literature searches to identify key literature that supports the creation of medical content and ensure copyright permissions are obtained prior to internal or external use.
- Work with the medical information and medical affairs teams to ensure assigned work is completed as per timelines and SOPs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic communication plans, KOL profiling, scientific meetings, disease-awareness programs, and training and development programs.
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory guidelines affecting the dissemination of medical information and product promotion.
- Advanced bioscience or pharmacy/medical qualification (PharmD, PhD, MD, etc.).
- ~1-2 years of scientific writing/content writing experience in research, life science, and pharmaceutical companies, or medical communications agency experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and French language proficiency is a must).
- Ability to perform in-depth literature research, analysis, and interpretation of medical data.
