Job Description

Indegene is seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Medical Information Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our medical information team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality medical information documents, conducting literature searches, and responding to medical information requests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date medical information documents, including standard response documents, questions and answer documents, and reactive slide decks.
  • Conduct thorough literature searches to identify key literature that supports the creation of medical content and ensure copyright permissions are obtained prior to internal or external use.
  • Work with the medical information and medical affairs teams to ensure assigned work is completed as per timelines and SOPs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic communication plans, KOL profiling, scientific meetings, disease-awareness programs, and training and development programs.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory guidelines affecting the dissemination of medical information and product promotion.
Requirements:
  • Advanced bioscience or pharmacy/medical qualification (PharmD, PhD, MD, etc.).
  • ~1-2 years of scientific writing/content writing experience in research, life science, and pharmaceutical companies, or medical communications agency experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and French language proficiency is a must).
  • Ability to perform in-depth literature research, analysis, and interpretation of medical data.
