We are seeking a highly skilled Nursing Care Professional to provide exceptional care to our residents in the Oakville area.

As a Registered Healthcare Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering timely and accessible admissions, ensuring a comprehensive orientation to the home and its services, and managing resident transfers and discharges with precision.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor of Science – Nursing (BScN) degree, current registration as a Registered Nurse with the College of Nurses, and Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.

Key responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care to meet the physical, psychological, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and social needs of our residents.

Please note that all staff are required to provide proof of vaccination, adhere to COVID-19 prevention protocols, and wear a mask at all times.
