Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled To Go Specialist to join our team at Darden Concepts. As a To Go Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our to-go service, providing exceptional customer experiences, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Fulfillment: Accurately prepare and package to-go orders, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Service: Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Quality Control: Maintain the highest standards of quality and safety in the preparation and presentation of to-go orders.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless execution of to-go service and achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Flexibility: Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with guests and team members.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
