About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Specialist to join our Electrification team at ABB Schweiz AG. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in the Electrification segment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including developing and executing sales plans and proposals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and engineering, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Provide regular sales updates and insights to senior management to inform business decisions and drive growth.
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of sales and/or marketing experience in the Electrification industry.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales and marketing.
  • Familiarity with electrical industry and historical Go-To-Market strategies.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
