FIVE RIVERZ IMMIGRATION CONSULTATION LTD. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to support our team.

This is a full-time position with an estimated salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description:

  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents with precision and accuracy.
  • Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries in a professional manner.
  • Work on reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, and databases to ensure data integrity.
  • Sort, process, and verify applications, receipts, and other documents efficiently.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically with speed and reliability.
  • Send and receive messages in a timely and effective manner.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Prepare and format page presentation materials for presentations and meetings.
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information to inform business decisions.
  • Prepare invoices and bank deposits accurately and on time.
  • Provide general information to clients and the public in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing, and filing as needed.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to avoid stockouts.
  • Perform data entry tasks with attention to detail.
  • Provide customer service with a smile, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • File material in storage areas according to established protocols.
  • Label files according to retention and disposal schedules for secure record-keeping.
  • Label, file, and retrieve documents quickly and efficiently.
  • Locate and remove files requested by colleagues and management.
  • Organize and schedule office work to maximize productivity.
  • Prepare and monitor contracts and budgets to ensure compliance and fiscal responsibility.
  • Store, update, and retrieve financial data accurately and securely.
