Job Overview

This role focuses on driving Dynamics CE implementations throughout all project phases, from discovery to deployment. Key responsibilities include managing associated issues and risks, ensuring timely and budget-friendly implementation delivery, and leading data-centric discussions with clients during discovery meetings.

  • Drive Dynamics CE implementations through all project phases, including discovery, definition, build, test, and deploy.
  • Effectively manage associated issues and risks to ensure on-time and on-budget implementation delivery that meets client needs.
  • Lead data-centric discussions with the client through discovery meetings.

In this position, you will lead the system architecture process in partnership with the Development Team to create and implement customizations for any custom code or data migration requirements. You will also conduct end-user training, create knowledge transfer documentation, and develop and refine CE implementation standards and tools.

A successful candidate will possess excellent presentation, communication, leadership, and client development skills to effectively present information to C-level management and public groups. They will also have extensive experience with Azure and a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience implementing CRM applications such as Microsoft D365 CE, Salesforce, SalesLogix, Onyx, etc.
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, attention to quality, self-motivation, and a strong desire to succeed.
  • Extensive experience with Azure.

Preferred qualifications include Microsoft D365 & Power Platform certifications, Microsoft SharePoint and Business Intelligence experience, and SSIS experience.
